Ia menjabarkan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacker <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sebagai seseorang yang melakukan segala sesuatu untuk mengembangkan sebuah perusahaan dalam waktu sesingkat mungkin.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melihat banyaknya <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">startup <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indonesia yang juga ingin mulai mengadopsi metode <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Andreas Surya (Principal of Kejora Ventures) dan Demia Syailia Putri (Business Process Improvement Manager) hadir sebagai pembicara dalam ajang Inspiring Business Talk pada hari Kamis (28\/11) lalu di Intro Jazz Bistro &amp; Cafe, BSD. Kali ini, kegiatan yang rutin diadakan oleh Magister Manajemen Prasetiya Mulya tersebut mengangkat tema Hacking High Growth: Finding Growth Opportunities for Your Startup Business. Jadi, apa sebenarnya <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan bagaimana cara mengaplikasikannya secara efektif?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Growth-Hacking \u2260 Marketing<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu kesalahan umum pelaku <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">startup <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adalah menyamakan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">marketing; <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proses meningkatkan penjualan melalui iklan dan pemasaran. Sedangkan seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">merupakan metode untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan perusahaan dalam waktu yang singkat.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceritaprasmul.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_6903-1024x770.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12871\" width=\"552\" height=\"415\"\/><figcaption>Demia (kiri) dan Andreas (kanan) masing-masing mewakili sudut pandang pelaku <em>startup <\/em>dan investor.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCita-cita semua perusahaan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">startup <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adalah memiliki <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang tinggi,\u201d ujar Demia. \u201cDengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">resources <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">budget <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang terbatas, seseorang harus bisa mencari cara yang <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">out of the box <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">untuk mencapai <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">signifikan. Itulah peran seorang <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacker.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di mana <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">marketing <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">digarap dari awal, tepatnya sejak tahap <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">awareness, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demia menyatakan bahwa <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lebih efektif ketika diimplementasikan jauh melampaui tahap tersebut. \u201cDari sudut pandang konsumen, mereka melalui lima <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lifestage, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yakni <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">awareness, acquisition, engagement, activation, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">retention,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d ungkap alumnus MM Business Management Prasetiya Mulya tersebut. \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nah, growth-hacking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">justru dilakukan ketika sudah memasuki <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">retention stage.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceritaprasmul.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_6880-1024x769.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12869\" width=\"553\" height=\"415\"\/><figcaption>&#8220;Siapa yang berhasil <em>scale <\/em>paling besar, dia yang akan terus bertahan.&#8221; &#8211; Andreas Surya <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menurut Andreas, perusahaan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">startup <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">digital memiliki <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">advantage <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dalam menerapkan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">karena sifatnya yang <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">platform-based.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Misalnya seperti perusahaan Gojek yang tidak memiliki aset mobil, motor, maupun <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">driver. Business model <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">seperti demikian bergantung pada <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">networking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">serta jumlah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">user <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang tinggi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSiapa yang berhasil <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scale <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paling besar, dia yang akan terus bertahan,\u201d kata Andreas. \u201cKetika ia bertahan, maka ia telah menciptakan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">barrier to entry <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sehingga perusahaan raksasa dunia akan berpikir dua kali sebelum melakukan penetrasi ke Indonesia.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Growth Tidak Selamanya Bagus<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Walaupun <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">berarti pertumbuhan, Andreas menyatakan bahwa tidak semua wujudnya dapat dinilai positif. Sebut saja dalam proses <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scale-up, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">perusahaan A berhasil mendapatkan tiga konsumen baru, tapi kehilangan 5 konsumen lama. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak sehat dan perlu dibenahi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceritaprasmul.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_6941-1024x769.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12872\" width=\"543\" height=\"407\"\/><figcaption>Peserta IB Talk terdiri dari profesional, wirausahawan, dan mahasiswa.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAda empat hal yang dibutuhkan sebuah perusahaan untuk menjalankan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d Andreas merincikan. \u201cPertama adalah produk yang dicintai <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">user. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mereka harus mampu menciptakan produk dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">experience <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang superior. Lalu, perusahaan sudah mencapai <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">market-fit, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">artinya sudah memiliki target market dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">demand <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang tinggi.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Andreas melanjutkan bahwa sebuah perusahaan perlu memiliki satu metrik sebagai alat ukur perkembangan perusahaan. Misalnya angka <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">download, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">jumlah transaksi, atau jumlah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">repurchasing. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun yang terpenting dalam menggunakan metode <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adalah Founder dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scaling-mindset. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ia harus bisa memproyeksikan bagaimana metode yang digunakan dapat bermanfaat untuk pertumbuhan perusahaan beberapa tahun ke depan.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceritaprasmul.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_6885-1024x769.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12870\" width=\"543\" height=\"407\"\/><figcaption>Tiap pengunjung mendengarkan <em>talkshow <\/em>dengan seksama.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBeberapa perusahaan memiliki divisi khusus untuk <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking,\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demia menambahkan. \u201cSeorang Head of Growth perlu mengantongi kombinasi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">skill-set, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">antara lain <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">programming, product design <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&amp; UX, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">analytics, behaviour psychology, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">brand positioning.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ia pun familier dengan proses analisis data, memahami <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">engineering, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan dapat menemukan solusi secara kreatif.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Yakin Dengan Produk<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dari pemaparan Demia dan Andreas, terlihat bahwa <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bukan sekadar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">simsalabim <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">untuk menumbuhkan sebuah perusahaan. Dalam mendirikan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">startup, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tiap orang wajib mengetahui bahwa tidak ada jalan pintas menuju kesuksesan. Demia mengingatkan, satu hal yang krusial untuk <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adalah keyakinan.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceritaprasmul.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_6963-1024x769.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12873\" width=\"539\" height=\"404\"\/><figcaption>Demia menyatakan bahwa Founder harus yakin dengan produk sebelum melakukan <i>growth-hacking.<\/i><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKalau belum yakin dengan produk, perusahaan tidak bisa lakukan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">growth-hacking,\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">terangnya. \u201cApakah produk tersebut menjawab masalah yang dihadapi calon market? Walaupun jawabannya sudah, produk itu tetap harus melalui tes secara terus-menerus, dan hasilnya tetap di-<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">refine <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">secara berkala.
