Meski berlatar belakang sebagai Desainer Produk Industri, Anggun Himawan memang lebih berpengalaman mendesain <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">User Experience <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">User Interface <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">berbagai produk teknologi informasi. Tak heran, sejak tahun 2015 hingga sekarang ia dipercaya memimpin Divisi Customer Experience di PT. XL Axiata Tbk.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di sela kesibukannya, Anggun menyalurkan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">passion<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> berkomunitasnya lewat Desadeso; sebuah perusahaan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ecotourism<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang ia rintis sejak 2013. Untuk menyajikan \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">authentic rural experience\u2019 <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bagi para pelancong, Anggun dan tim harus berkolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal. \u201cKami ingin menumbuhkan empati para <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">traveller<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> serta memberi dampak ekonomi positif bagi komunitas setempat. Oleh karena itu, aktivitas menarik saja tidak cukup,\u201d jelasnya.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Pahami Komunitas = Pahami Konsumen.&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Berkomunitas, menurut Anggun, bukan hanya aktivitas pengisi waktu luang. Lebih dari itu, berkomunitas membentuk pola pikir serta memperluas perspektifnya tentang mengelola konsumen. \u201cDari berkomunitas, saya belajar bahwa solusi yang kita anggap tepat, belum tentu sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka,\u201d ungkapnya. \u201cLayaknya konsumen, komunitas itu sangat kompleks. Namun, ketertarikan ini memuncak tatkala ia mendapatkan mata kuliah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumunity Marketing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ketika mengambil gelar master di Prasetiya Mulya. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumunity<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang merupakan singkatan \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">consumption\u2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dan \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">community\u2019 <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">membahas tentang interaksi antara komunitas dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">brand&#8211;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mulai dari pembentukan komunitas dan nilai yang dipegang, hingga bentuk kemitraan perusahaan-komunitas.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dari mata kuliah tersebut, Anggun memahami bahwa komunitas merupakan konsumen \u2018idaman\u2019 perusahaan. Jika loyalitas telah diraih, komunitas memiliki kecenderungan untuk membeli produk terbaru sesegera mungkin; tak peduli apabila terjadi kenaikan harga. \u201cMereka juga <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">brand ambassador <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang baik, karena rekomendasi mereka cenderung lebih dipercaya oleh orang-orang terdekat mereka,\u201d ujar Anggun.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Agar Loyalitas Tidak Luntur<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKomunitas adalah masa depan perusahaan,\u201d tutur Anggun dengan yakin. Ia berpendapat, jika sebuah bisnis tidak mampu menarik hati komunitas, perusahaan itu akan minim jumlah pelanggan dan berujung kerugian. \u201cTapi, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">di masa depan akan semakin sulit membedakan produk satu dan lainnya,\u201d sambungnya. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOleh karena itu, perusahaan harus mampu mengatur pengalaman <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pre &amp; post-purchase <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang sesuai ekspektasi konsumen agar produk kita lebih unggul dari pesaing.\u201d&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceritaprasmul.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/daria-nepriakhina-zoCDWPuiRuA-unsplash-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13026\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menciptakan pengalaman yang menyenangkan bagi pelanggan merupakan pekerjaan sehari-hari Anggun sebagai Head of Customer Experience di PT. XL Axiata Tbk. \u201cSekarang yang terpenting bukan produknya, namun pengalamannya!\u201d ia berujar. \u201cPercuma produknya bagus, namun <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interface<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-nya tidak ramah pengguna. Itu tetap <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nggak <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">akan membuat konsumen terkesan,\u201d tekannya.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kembali Anggun mengingatkan bahwa yang dimaksud \u2018pengalaman yang baik\u2019 ataupun \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interface<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang ramah pengguna\u2019 haruslah berasal dari kacamata pengguna, bukan perusahaan. \u201cPemimpin yang baik adalah yang menerapkan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design Thinking,\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ia menjelaskan.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Berpikir secara desain merupakan <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">metode penyelesaian masalah yang berfokus pada pengguna atau user yang prosesnya terdiri atas beberapa tahapan: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">empathize, define, ideate, prototype, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">test<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Semua proses dapat dilakukan berulang sampai terbentuk produk yang diinginkan. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDesign Thinking memang saat ini kurang populer di kalangan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Top Manager<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tradisional. Namun, sebagai <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">future leaders<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kita harus mulai menerapkannya,\u201d ujar Anggun. \u201cJangan kalah saing dengan perusahaan yang mengerti kebutuhan konsumen.
