Indonesia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Berawal dari kekhawatiran yang ada, CEO Club Prasetiya Mulya pun menyelenggarakan sebuah seminar bertajuk \u201cManaging Millennials\u201d yang berlangsung pada Rabu (18\/02) lalu di Fairmont Hotel, Jakarta. Acara ini mengundang Tan Wijaya (Presiden Direktur PT. IBM Indonesia) dan Rani Soebijantoro (Founder &amp; Managing Partner Ambiz Internship &amp; Jobs) sebagai pemateri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Millennials yang Loyal, Adakah?<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Job Hopping<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> atau berpindah-pindah pekerjaan tampaknya memang salah satu karakter pembeda Millennials dibanding generasi lainnya. Jika manajer SDM lebih jeli, masih banyak kandidat yang menginginkan stabilitas dan kenyamanan dari satu tempat kerja. Menurut Rani Soebijantoro, terjadinya <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">job hopping<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bukan sepenuhnya salah pekerja, melainkan karena kesalahan proses <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hiring<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kalau kandidat yang dipilih tidak sesuai dengan kultur perusahaannya, mau dibentuk dan diberikan program retensi seperti apapun, tidak akan bertahan!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b><i>The Right Method to Attract The Right Candidate<\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Biasanya, definisi \u201cThe Right Candidate\u201d kebanyakan perusahaan adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang percaya diri, berprestasi, berpengalaman kerja, dan berpikiran kritis. Memang tak salah, namun perusahaan harus bersiap bersaing dengan perusahaan lain karena populasi kandidat tersebut hanya 3% dari <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">talent pool<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang ada. Harga untuk merekrutnya pun tak murah.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDaripada kita berkompetisi di red ocean yang 3% itu, lebih baik kita main di laut yang sangat tenang,\u201d Rani berujar. Z <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSelain itu, kandidat yang belum bekerja 1-3 tahun setelah lulus pun sebenarnya memiliki potensi yang besar,\u201d tambah Rani. \u201cSebab, biasanya kandidat tersebut menghabiskan waktu luang untuk <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">catching up<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dan menambah kemampuan mereka.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jika masih ingin menarik perhatian \u2018The Right Candidate\u2019, Rani pun menyarankan agar perusahaan mulai mendekati mahasiswa potensial tersebut sejak tahun pertama pendidikannya. \u201cAjak mereka untuk <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">training<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> di tempat Anda. Dengan begini, mereka akan familiar dengan kultur perusahaan Anda dan, harapannya, memilih bekerja di sana ketika lulus nanti,\u201d ujarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Wujudkan Millennials yang Loyal<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Berdasarkan publikasi PwC tentang <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/co\/es\/publicaciones\/assets\/millennials-at-work.pdf\"><b><i>Millennials at Work<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">training &amp; development<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, jam kerja yang fleksibel, dan bonus menjadi tiga benefit utama yang diharapkan pekerja dari perusahaan. Hal ini pun tercermin pada perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi di IBM, salah satunya terkait dengan jam kerja. \u201cKaryawan bisa datang dan pulang jam berapapun, asalkan mereka disiplin dalam mencapai target-target pekerjaan yang diberikan,\u201d ungkap Tan Wijaya.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceritaprasmul.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/MG_7619-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13175\" style=\"width:512px;height:342px\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Tan Wijaya dengan lugas menceritakan pengalamannya mengelola 50% millennials dari 1100 pekerja di IBM Indonesia<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ada tips khusus yang diberikan Tan agar generasi yang terkenal tidak taat aturan ini menjadi disiplin. \u201cMillennials tidak percaya konsep senioritas berdasarkan usia dan jabatan, namun lebih percaya pada <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">role model<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dan mentor,\u201d ujarnya. \u201cAgar mereka disiplin, perusahaan harus memiliki sosok panutan dalam tim yang akan membimbing pekerjaan Millennials tanpa harus mendikte.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selain fleksibilitas cara dan waktu kerja, Millennials pun membutuhkan pengakuan dan transparansi atas pekerjaannya.
