Indria Handoko, Ph.D.

Sebelum meniti karir di dunia akademis, Indria bekerja di dua perusahaan Indonesia. Memulai karir sebagai arsitek pada tahun 1994 di sebuah perusahaan properti besar di Indonesia, setelah meraih gelar sarjana teknik arsitektur dari Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung, Indonesia. Dia bekerja sebagai Kepala Layanan Konsumen untuk perusahaan yang sama, mengelola permintaan konsumen untuk perubahan desain. Pada tahun 1997 ia menempuh pendidikan MBA (Magister Manajemen) di Universitas Prasetiya Mulya; dia kemudian mulai bekerja untuk perusahaan barang konsumen yang bergerak cepat pada tahun 1999. Jabatan pertamanya adalah sebagai Marketing Service Area Officer, membantu area manager untuk mengembangkan program pemasaran.

Pada tahun 2001 diangkat sebagai Area Manager yang bertanggung jawab atas seluruh kegiatan operasional pemasaran area. Pada tahun 2003 dia memutuskan untuk memulai kehidupan kerjanya di dunia akademis. Indria memperoleh gelar doktor di bidang organisasi dari Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, United Kingdom pada tahun 2015.

Indria Handoko adalah Anggota Fakultas Bisnis dan Ekonomi Universitas Prasetiya Mulya untuk program sarjana dan sarjana. Ia mengajar beberapa mata kuliah, antara lain Perilaku Organisasi, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Desain Bisnis.
