Ibu Lenny Sunaryo menerima gelar Sarjana dari Universitas Concordia, Kanada, gelar Master dari Prasetiya Mulya School of Business and Economics dan gelar Master of Commerce serta gelar Ph.D dari University of Otago, Selandia Baru. Ibu Sunaryo telah menulis banyak makalah konferensi dengan fokus pada praktik bisnis Cina dan studi organisasi Asia serta budaya.
