Atur Tetty Lubis, S.H., M.B.A., LL.M.

Tetty Lubis is a lecturer at the School of Law and International Studies at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, with expertise in both law, particularly maritime law, and business. Her legal specialties include logistics and shipping, export and import regulations, maritime security, and international arbitration. On the business side, she has taught International Business, Business Ethics, and International Marketing to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

She has participated in numerous global conferences focused on shipping and logistics and frequently shares her expertise in court and arbitration sessions on shipping law.

With substantial hands-on experience in the maritime industry, Tetty has worked at various institutions, from commercial corporations like Pelabuhan Indonesia, Surabaya, to international organizations such as the UN-IMO-IMLI in Malta. Her teaching career spans several countries, including Malta, India, Spain, and Indonesia, at leading institutions like International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI), Istanbul University, Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), and Binus International.
