About

Ulya Yasmine Prisandani is a lecturer in the School of Law and International Studies at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. With extensive academic experience, she specializes in corporate law, corporate governance, sustainability, and comparative law. Her research and teaching interests also include legal education, focusing on regulatory frameworks that promote sustainable business practices and comparative studies between different legal systems.

She has been actively involved in publishing numerous journal articles on corporate governance, shareholder rights, and sustainability in Indonesia. Her works have been featured in prominent law journals such as International Journal of Environmental Studies and International Journal of Law and Management. Her research has contributed significantly to understanding corporate law reforms and the evolving role of corporate governance in Indonesia and beyond.
