2. The Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED)

The Government of Canada announced the Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED) program to provide opportunities for students from ASEAN member states to conduct short-term study or research in Canadian post-secondary institutions in areas that contribute to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Canada-ASEAN SEED is a Short-term Exchange Program under Global Affairs Canada’s International Scholarships Program.

3.Prasmul International Summer Camp

Prasmul International Summer Camp is a specially crafted program designed by Universitas Prasetiya Mulya for students during their summer vacation holidays as they come together and have fun while learning different cultures.

This program also enable students to develop confidence, broaden horizons and experinces, social skills, and leadership skills through activities that last for approximately 7 (seven) days in Jakarta and Bali.

4. Study Abroad SBE Prasmul

Study Abroad is a mobility program for 3rd Year SBE students to get international education experience at Prasmul partner universities for one semester with full transfer credit system. 2014 – present

Global Immersion

1. Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and Western Sydney University

Universitas Prasetiya Mulya (UPM) and Western Sydney University (WSU) have signed an articulation agreement for the granting of advanced standing or credit transfers upon course recognition. UPM students who have completed 4 years of Bachelor of Food Technology are eligible to apply for the final 1 year of Master of Science (Food Science) program at WSU.
The Master of Science (Food Science) program at WSU gives students the advanced skills and knowledge they need to solve future challenges in nutrition, health, food quality and safety. Students will also access WSU’s cutting-edge food pilot plant and commercial kitchen, and be given a chance to apply newfound skills and knowledge to a professional research project.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

  • IELTS (academic version only) – 6.5 overall score (min 6.0 in each subtest); or
  • TOEFL internet-based score – Total 82: Writing 21, Speaking 18, Reading 13, Listening 13

2. Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and Boston University

The Boston University master programs listed above each consist of no fewer than 8 graduate courses, which are taught both online and on-campus by the Metropolitan College at Boston University. Eligible UPM students who are admitted to one of the programs through the partnership may begin taking courses in the Fall or Spring semester.
During the first semester of study, students are enrolled in a MET International Graduate Certificate Program. Credits from courses taken at UPM that satisfy Metropolitan College’s policy on waiving credits and that have been approved by the appropriate Metropolitan College department, may be applied to Programs of no fewer than 8 courses.

3. Interdisciplinary Approach Towards Fostering Collaborative Innovation In Food Waste Management

A capacity-building project to enhance the capability of Indonesian universities to deal with food waste issues in Indonesia through education and research promoting interdisciplinary and collaborative innovation.

4. Asia Business Case (ABC) Program

Asia Business Case (ABC) Program provides MBA students of Indonesia, Taiwan, and Korea, an opportunity to explore and understand the business climate, industry, and culture of the three countries.
The students will form multinationals teams and study together on various issues of management in global context. Real-life case studies are arranged by both companies and the university.

5. Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)

In order to strengthen its international network, Prasetiya Mulya University is collaborating with Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). The two institutions will once again conduct a joint immersion program with the theme “Sustainability in the Furniture Industry”.
Students from both universities will participate together in a series of activities (workshops, studio work, discussions, industrial visits) related to design and entrepreneurship in the context of sustainability within the furniture industry.
