Master’s Degree (Postgraduate) Scholarships

General Requirements

Scholarships will be awarded to teachers and/or children of senior high school teachers in all regions of Indonesia who have completed all requirements for the scholarship selection process that are mandated by Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

Scholarship selection process will be carried out by the Admissions Department.

Decisions upon the scholarship awardees and in which study program the awardees will be positioned are collaboratively decided by the Foundation/University/School of Business and Economics (SBE), School of Applied Science Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), and School of Law and International Studies (SLIS).

Senior high school permanent teachers are those who have been appointed through a Decree of Appointment from the Government or the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia to teaching positions at a senior high school.

Undergraduate Scholarships for Children of Teachers

Undergraduate scholarships are provided to biological children of high school teachers in all regions of Indonesia (applicable only for one child for each teacher, based on a legalized family card (KK)) who are currently in grade 12 and will graduate in 2023.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Take a free entrance test at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya Undergraduate Program (the free entrance test is valid only for the first entrance test trial).
Participants who are entitled to register are participants who are taking part in the Prasetiya Mulya University undergraduate selection for the first time.
Scholarship recipients are for the 2023/2024 academic year.
Scholarship awardees must complete their study and graduate within 4 (four) years. Entering year 5 (five) forward, the tuition fees will be the awardees’ own responsibility.
Upon signing the scholarship received the letter, awardees are mandated to accept the scholarship offer.
Must achieve a minimum 3.00 GPA in each semester.
Willingly join the contract bond of service for 2 (two) years at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Only allowed to register 1 child in 1 family certificate.
Send work certificates of parents and family members to email admission.s1@prasetiyamulya.ac.id
The admissions department will verify the submitted files.
Filling in the online form Click: go.prasetiyamulya.ac.id/
Continue by pressing the “Register” button.
Fill in the online admission form with your personal information: name, email, cellphone number, password, program choice, test location, and payment method. Check again before completing the registration.
Check your email, and get your username, password, and registration voucher code (within 1 × 24 hours). Verify the account via the emailed link.
Log in to complete your data and upload the required documents (including a 3×4 color photo and copies of your ID card and Family Card (KK) or passport.
Check your email to get your test card (within 1 × 24 hours). Print the test card and bring it to the test venue.

STEPS OF THE TEST

Stage 1 is an online or offline test route that will be held in the 6th (offline) and 7th (online) selection for the 2023 class. The test materials are in the form of Psychology, Mathematics, and English tests.
Stage 2 is FGD, presentation, and interview.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

The Entrance Test Registration Document that will be uploaded when registering online is as follows:
-KTP/KITAS/Passport/KK.
-Photo 3×4.
-Submit additional documents in the form of a work certificate as a teacher to their parents.
Applicants who have passed the entrance test must complete the graduation requirements documents no later than 1 week after receiving graduation information by uploading softcopy files, as follows: Class 10 and 11 report cards.
Document verification by the admissions department takes a maximum of 3 working days, after which a graduation letter will be sent to the registrant’s email to read the provisions in it.
If the file is not completed following the requirements up to a predetermined limit, then the admissions department has the right to cancel the participant’s graduation results.
Participants who are entitled to register are participants who are taking part in Universitas Prasetiya Mulya undergraduate selection for the first time.

Master’s Degree (Postgraduate) Scholarships for Teachers

Postgraduate Scholarships are provided to high school permanent teachers in all regions of Indonesia who have been in the teaching profession for more than 3 years.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Scholarship registration is only for 1x and is free of charge.
Postgraduate Scholarships are scholarships provided for high school/MAN permanent teachers throughout Indonesia who have been in the teaching profession for more than 3 years.
This scholarship offers positions in MMBM/MMSM/MMABA Masters programs with an intake period of October 2023 (for all programs).
Upon signing the scholarship received the letter, awardees are mandated to accept the scholarship offer.
Must achieve a minimum 3.25 GPA in each semester.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Fill out the online application form (application form).
Submit complete test documents according to the requirements to be able to take the test
Take the test.
– Phase 1 test is carried out digitally at Prasetiya Mulya University – Cilandak campus.
– Participants must bring a laptop, charger, and headset/headphones/earphones in working condition and can be connected to wifi. Laptop/charger/headset malfunction is outside Admission’s responsibility; if it doesn’t work, then participation in the test is canceled.
Announcement of results.
Complete the lack of files and submit a commitment form.

STEPS OF THE TEST

Phase 1 test (TPA and English).
– Phase 1 test is carried out at Prasetiya Mulya University – Cilandak campus digitally.
– Participants must bring a laptop, charger, and headset/headphones/earphones in working condition and can be connected to wifi.
Announcement of stage 1 test results.
Stage 2 test.
– FGDs.
– Interview.
Announcement of stage 2 test results.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Photocopy of identity card.
3×4 passport photo.
Photocopy of bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Photocopy of undergraduate grade transcript from an accredited university.

S1 Equivalence Letter from DIKTI (for S1 graduates from overseas universities).

*The minimum documents needed to be able to take the stage 1 test document on points 1-7.
*If you are declared to have passed the stage 2 test, to be able to take part in the scholarship program you must submit a legalized hardcopy of your diploma and bachelor’s degree transcript (wet stamp), according to the deadline that will be informed in the graduation letter.
