Professional Education Program

Designed for industry professionals and entrepreneurs, the Undergraduate Management Study Program at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya provides a unique opportunity to advance careers and grow businesses by equipping participants with cutting-edge knowledge and competencies in business and management.

This program is tailored to accommodate professionals (employees) and entrepreneurs who wish to pursue higher education without compromising their careers or businesses. Open to individuals from diverse academic backgrounds and graduation years, the program awards a Bachelor of Management (BM) degree with an entrepreneurial focus. Graduates will acquire the ability to identify business opportunities, solve real-world problems, and implement management strategies effectively within business or corporate environments.

Beyond professional advancement, this program emphasizes fostering entrepreneurial character and social awareness. By encouraging students to develop innovative business solutions that address societal and environmental challenges, the program produces graduates who make meaningful contributions as both entrepreneurs and professionals across industries.

Mission

Project Manager, Manajer Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajer Keuangan, Manajer Pemasaran, Analis Bisnis, Wirausaha/Entrepreneur, Asisten Peneliti, Konsultan Manajemen, Pengusaha/Entrepreneur, Pengelola Operasional.

1. Applicants must have at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) or a diploma (D-IV/D-III) from an accredited public (PTN) or private (PTS) university.
2. Applicants must be no older than 45 years at the time of registration.
3. For those with international academic credentials, a certificate of equivalency must be obtained, confirming the qualifications meet the standard of an S1 or D-III/D-IV degree as validated by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI), Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.
4. Fulfill all administrative requirements set by Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, including online registration and passing the entrance exam.
5. Applicants for the S1 Management Regular Program (Professional Class) must hold a degree in one of the following fields:
   • Accounting
   • Management
   • Finance and Banking
   • Insurance and Actuarial Science
   • Administrative Sciences
   • Tourism
   • Communication Studies
6. Applicants must meet the GPA requirements in line with the accreditation cluster defined by Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, based on the status of the university and the applicant’s program of study.
7. Demonstrate at least 2 years of work experience within the last 5 years (supported by an employment verification letter).
8. Entrepreneurs must own or manage a business that has been operational for a minimum of 2 years within the last 5 years (proven by official business documentation).
