We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Dean to lead our School of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the academic programs, fostering a collaborative and innovative academic environment, and spearheading research initiatives that contribute to society.

Your Role as Dean
As the leader of the STEM School, you will:
• Develop and implement academic strategies that align with the university’s mission and vision.
• Enhance the quality of STEM education to meet both local and global industry needs.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative academic community that drives innovation.
• Strengthen partnerships with industry, government, and academic institutions locally and internationally.
• Drive impactful research initiatives that address current and emerging challenges in STEM fields.

Who We Are Looking For
We are searching for an experienced academic leader with a strong commitment to STEM education and a proven track record of leadership. The ideal candidate should possess:
• A doctorate degree in a STEM discipline with at least a Lektor academic rank.
• A market-driven mindset, with a solid understanding of industry trends and workforce demands.
• A strong academic and research background in STEM fields.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-partner collaborations and complex educational initiatives.
